2024 Legislative Highlights

The second session of the 108th Nebraska Legislature saw the passage of several key pieces of early childhood legislation including bills to streamline state licensing requirements, additional services to at-risk mothers through Medicaid and increased flexibility for the state in determining child care subsidy reimbursements.
